The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our romantic escape. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a memorable stay, providing excellent hospitality. We were impressed by their genuine care for their guests.

One downside we experienced during our stay was the initial room we were assigned. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking property.

The only reason I did not leave a higher mark for cleanliness was the towels. You could see specks of dirt on them and they were of a vry poor quality. The room was clean, although it smelled like it had been a smoking room, even if it was not now.

My recent stay at a hotel in belleville , but Red Roof Inn really turned things around. they went above and beyond for my birthday celebration, providing me with a ground-floor room equipped with a fridge and microwave. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay memorable.

We stayed at a Red Roof Inn several years ago and it was not a good experience. We needed a place close to a paticular hospital for a couple of days and the rate at this one was good. So we decided to try it. We were very pleased and surprised.

sorry but the room was not that great. carpeting is old and loose and felt damp. had a frig and micro wave but they were not plugged in and did not have a receptacle. bed made noises when you sat on it. considering other motel prices this was the best but considering the room it was not a good price. also I rented the room for two days and on the second day my key would not work.

It was close to Detroit Metro Airport and reasonably priced
